Positive, The location was fantastic, walking distance to major attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of options and included tasty afternoon snacks. Staff were super helpful and even provided Prosecco on arrival. 🍾

Noisy surroundings make for a less-than-ideal experience, as sounds from neighboring rooms and corridors easily filter in, particularly during late-night hours. The decor feels a bit outdated, lacking the charm that could elevate the overall ambiance, giving off a somewhat monotonous vibe in the hallways. Breakfast service has a strict cutoff time that leaves no room for late risers, even if you're still eating at the closing moment.

The hotel is in a prime spot, close to the National Museum and plenty of attractions. I appreciated the accommodating staff who quickly helped me extend my stay after a flight cancellation, and the breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. However, the gym’s sauna could use clearer communication as I wasn’t informed to pre-request it before use.

Centrally located with stylish and clean rooms, the friendly staff made every effort to accommodate us. Breakfast offered a variety, but the highlight was the freshly baked mini croissants. Minor drawbacks included a slight leakage in the shower and a less varied breakfast selection for Western tastes.
